In 2010 the building was completely evacuated due to structural deficiencies and the building began necessary renovations. Xypex Megamix II and Patch'n Plug repaired and protected, the below grade limestone foundation. Patch'n Plug specifically repaired a large amount of the original mortar joints and Xycrylic Admix fortified an area at the opening of a steam tunnel. The project completion is December 2016.
