Valore Antoniades Compound
The Valore Antioniades project, located in Alexandria, Egypt and developed by Valore Real Estate Investment Company, used Xypex products for waterproofing against high hydrostatic pressure of up to 4 meters. Spanning around 22,000 square meters, the development includes seven blocks and 20 residential towers.
Xypex Admix C-1000 NF was integrated into the concrete mix for raft slabs and retaining walls to achieve integral waterproofing, ensuring uniform distribution of the admixture. Additionally, Xypex Concentrate was applied to waterproof the joints between Xypex-treated concrete elements.
The inclusion of Xypex's active ingredients in the concrete enables ongoing crystal generation in the presence of moisture, ensuring sustained waterproofing. This application of Xypex products underscores their capability to deliver durable and
long-lasting below-grade waterproofing solutions.
