Xypex Modified was applied at the tunnel’s western portal to protect the reinforced concrete slope stabilizers and extend their service life. By increasing the concrete’s resistance to water penetration and aggressive chemicals, the application of Xypex Modified played a key role in ensuring the long-term durability and structural integrity of the slope stabilization system.
