Basement Waterproofing of a Private House

During construction phase, Xypex Admix was used in the concrete to waterproof the foundation slab, providing reliable protection against moisture. The walls and other parts of the basement were waterproofed using other methods.

After the onset of rain and under groundwater pressure, the walls began to leak actively, while the floor remained dry. The contractor contacted us to address the waterproofing of another part of the basement. To stop active leaks and seal joints between concrete blocks, Xypex Patch’n’Plug was applied, while the blocks themselves were treated with Xypex Concentrate. Result: the basement is completely dry and fully protected against moisture.
