Developed and constructed by Pedro Company Constructexim, the project required a reliable, long-term solution to protect the below-grade structures and critical life-safety infrastructure from water ingress and concrete deterioration. A total of 3,050.5 m² of concrete surfaces across Basement levels 1 and 2—including perimeter walls, safety exits, and screeds—were treated with Xypex Concentrate.

This crystalline technology penetrates deep into the concrete to create a permanent, non-soluble barrier. Additionally, the project’s fire tank received specialized waterproofing using Xypex Concentrate over an area of 1,033 m². By utilizing Xypex for these essential areas, the developer ensures the structural integrity of the residential block and the functionality of its fire safety systems for the entire lifecycle of the building.
