Xypex Admix C-500 NF crystalline waterproofing admixture was specified and incorporated into the concrete at the time of batching. Crystalline technology reacts with moisture and cement hydration by-products to form insoluble crystals that reduce concrete permeability and provide permanent waterproofing. The integral approach supported construction efficiency while delivering durable, low maintenance protection for residential concrete structure.
