Active water leaks were identified within the concrete structures of the swimming pool technical room. Initial attempts to resolve the issue using injection methods proved ineffective and did not provide a durable solution.

To address the problem, crystalline waterproofing materials Xypex Patch’n’Plug and Xypex Concentrate were applied. Xypex Patch’n’Plug was used to immediately stop active leaks and seal cracks and construction joints, while Xypex Concentrate was applied to the concrete surfaces to create a continuous waterproofing barrier. As a result, the water leaks were eliminated, and the concrete structures were provided with reliable, long-term protection against water ingress.
