This ambitious development in Bucharest consists of a set of high-end apartment blocks and multi-functional spaces featuring an extended two-level basement situated beneath the entire complex. Given the scale of the structure and the necessity for long-term structural integrity, a comprehensive Xypex crystalline waterproofing solution was specified to protect the foundations and below-grade areas.

The project utilized a massive volume of specialized concrete, with 15,865.5 m3 of foundations and perimeter walls treated with Xypex Admix C-1000NF. This integral protection ensures the concrete remains waterproof even under hydrostatic pressure.
Additionally, 9,033.3 m2 of perimeter walls, including specialized areas such as ALA (civil defense) shelters, gutters, and access ramps, were treated with Xypex Concentrate. The project's water tanks also received a specialized application of Xypex Concentrate covering 1,110.3 m2. This dual-layer approach—combining Admix for the structural pour and Concentrate for critical details—guarantees a permanent, maintenance-free waterproofing solution for one of Bucharest’s premier new residential hubs.
