Xypex crystalline waterproofing admixtures were incorporated into the concrete to block both infiltration and exfiltration. This integral solution transformed the concrete into a permanently waterproof material, providing long-term resilience and eliminating the need for surface membranes. As a result, the tower achieved watertight integrity and compliance with potable water standards, ensuring safe and reliable service for the community.
