Three process water tanks were rehabilitated over three consecutive summer seasons, with one tank repaired each year. The deteriorated concrete structures were hydrodemolished to a depth exceeding 50 mm, ensuring exposure behind the reinforcing steel.

Following this, the reinforcement was inspected and treated with appropriate corrosion protection. Subsequently, the structures were rebuilt using sprayed concrete. An initial layer was applied to approximately 15 mm below the final surface level, followed by a finishing layer of approximately 15 mm using sprayed concrete with Megamix II with Bio-San to achieve the required surface profile and durability.
