Plaza Roztyly is a modern office building located in Prague 11, adjacent to the Roztyly metro station on line C. Completed in March 2024, it offers approximately 21,700 square meters of office space across seven floors, along with 1,600 square meters of retail space on the ground floor.

As part of the construction process, special attention was given to the waterproofing of the underground structure. Nekap was responsible for the waterproofing of the underground structure, which included the use of Xypex Admix C-1000 NF and Manorteq Static Waterbars as part of the waterproofing system, along with waterproofing joints, penetrations, and other details. Nekap provided a full waterproofing guarantee for the substructure.
