The first phases include several buildings such as Alfred, Lilly, Greta, Marie, Jindřich, and Hanus, each named after Emil Kolben's family members. The project offers a variety of apartments, an open garden, and an underground parking.
Nekap was responsible for the waterproofing of the underground structure, which included the use of 15,000 kg of Xypex Admix C-1000 NF and Manorteq Static Waterbars as part of the waterproofing system, along with waterproofing joints, penetrations, and other details. Nekap provided a full waterproofing guarantee for the substructure.
