A one-year-old concrete parking lot, constructed one level below ground, was experiencing water ingress at the construction joints. After rainfall, the joints became consistently damp, indicating moisture penetration.

The affected areas were thoroughly cleaned and treated with Xypex waterproofing materials. Xypex Patch’n Plug was applied to seal joints and minor cracks, followed by the application of Xypex Concentrate over the surface.
