Bunge Manholes

Rinker Material made 5 manholes (48”) and one manhole (84”) with Xypex Bio-San C500 at a 1% percent dosage rate to provide protection from microbial induced corrosion. These manholes will be incorporated into a factory’s wastewater treatment system of a manufacturer of corn syrup, soybeans, oil and bio-diesel. The Megamix II with Bio-San was also utilized for filling mortar joints of the precast manhole segments. Bio-San C500 was dosed also in the concrete bench located at the bottom of the manhole.
