The Xypex Automated Dosing Machine (ADM) consists of two units: the powder dispensing system and the conveyor.

On a hitch and can be easily transported to different plants.
The belt can be raised and lowered by hydraulic switch.
Conveyor footprint is 30’ x 4’ 3”.
Bag counter will print ticket showing how many bags were added and the total lbs.

POWDER DISPENSING KEY FEATURES
Hopper is on load cells and doses by lbs.
Can be tied into batching software or run independent.
Xypex C-500 NF is supplied in 2,200 lbs. super sack.
One super sack can dose up to 400 cubic yards before needing to be refilled.
Footprint is 16’ long (with auger) x 5’4” wide.
Printed ticket is produced after dosing to show total amount of lbs added to truck.
