      Hello,

I'm currently constructing the foundation of a building which is 2.90m below grade and all the concrete elements including the slab and retaining walls have been cast with ADMIX C-200 in the mixture. Unfortunately, we were unable to pour the concrete monolithically so we have horizontal and vertical cold joints in contact with the soil. These joints were treated with a concrete adhesive product but weren't treated with any xypex product or water protection substance whatsoever.

      My questions are:

      1) What would be the proper procedure to treat these cold joints having in mind that all elements have ADMIX C-200 integrally?

      2) For the next cold joints, is it possible that we substitute the concrete adhesive with the XYPEX CONCENTRATE SLURRY COAT in order to avoid the after treatment of the cold joints?
